The Zeus 1000W Xtreme PPFD CO₂ (also known as the 2.9 version) delivers up to 2925 µmol/s at 2.9 µmol/J and is designed for use in 1.5m x 1.5m areas with added CO₂. It features high-density diode placement and tight bar spacing, allowing the fixture to be run close to the canopy while maintaining uniform PPFD across the entire footprint. This setup is ideal for sealed grow rooms or vertical racking systems where extra light intensity is matched by elevated CO₂ levels.
The newer Zeus 1000W Xtreme 3.1 looks almost identical but pushes the boundaries further. It uses upgraded diodes and increased system efficiency to hit 3105 µmol/s at 3.1 µmol/J. That’s a significant increase in light energy over the same footprint – but it also means plants will need additional CO₂ to cope with the extra intensity. In the right environment, it offers class-leading output and unmatched yield potential.
The Zeus 1000W Pro EVO 3.1 is designed differently. It also produces 3105 µmol/s at 3.1 µmol/J, but with a wider bar layout tailored to a 1.5m x 2.0m area. The greater spacing between diodes and bars improves light uniformity across longer distances and lowers heat build-up, making it perfect for traditional horizontal grows, large tents, and rooms without CO₂ supplementation. Despite the power, the spectrum remains well-balanced and plant-friendly across all stages.
All three fixtures feature passive cooling, are fully dimmable via onboard controls, and can be connected to the Lumatek Digital Panel Plus 2.0 for centralised scheduling, sunrise/sunset simulation, and auto-dimming based on temperature. How To Use
The Lumatek Zeus LED grow lights are quick and easy to assemble — you can have them ready to go in under five minutes. Simply build the frame, screw the driver (power supply) into place, attach the LED light bars, and connect the controller. Lumatek’s included instruction manual is clear, concise, and makes setup straightforward.
These fixtures are designed for high-performance 1.5m x 1.5m or 1.6m x 1.6m grow spaces. We recommend pairing them with a BudBox 1.5m x 1.5m grow tent for best results.
If you're using the Xtreme PPFD CO₂ model without supplemental CO₂, you'll need to give your plants more space — ideally around 1.8m x 1.8m — to avoid light stress.
These lights are extremely powerful. Start on the lowest setting and keep your hanging height high when introducing young plants. As your crop adapts, gradually increase intensity and lower the fixture to optimise growth.
