How It Works

The pump draws in air and uses an oscillating diaphragm to push it through the outlet at the front of the unit. The main outlet has a 13mm outer diameter, allowing it to connect directly to suitable 13mm internal diameter pipe.

A rubber reducer is also included, allowing you to connect the supplied manifold. Depending on the model, this lets you run either six or ten 4mm airlines, making it easy to feed multiple airstones from one pump.

How to Use

1. Place the air pump outside your reservoir in a dry, well-ventilated area.
2. Connect the main outlet to suitable pipework or use the included reducer and manifold.
3. Attach 4mm airline from the manifold to your chosen airstones.
4. Place the airstones into your reservoir or hydro system.
5. Switch the pump on and check that all airstones are producing steady bubbles.

Top Tip: Always position your air pump above the waterline where possible, or use non-return valves on your airline. This helps stop water from siphoning back into the pump if it ever switches off.
