Using the Dutch Pro Soil Starter Pack
The Dutch Pro Soil Starter Pack is designed only for plants grown in soil.
A Dutch Pro feed chart is included in the pack which tells you how much of each of the nutrients and boosters to use and when to use them.
During the vegetative phase, the Dutch Pro Auto Flower Grow A&B 2-part nutrient provides everything your plants need for lush healthy and fast growing plants. The Dutch Pro Take Root and Multi Total ensure a thick and healthy root-system and optimum nutrient uptake.
During the flowering phase, the Dutch Pro Auto Flower Bloom A&B 2-part nutrient provides the necessary basic plant-food while the Dutch Pro Explode provides extra ingredients which stimulate the plant into producing fantastic blooms to be proud of!
We recommend using a syringe or beaker for accurate measurement of this product and a CF/EC/PPM meter such as the Bluelab Truncheon to check the TDS. Adjust as necessary. Adjust the pH of the solution to the required level using pH up or down as necessary. Dutch Pro suggest an optimum pH of between 5.8 and 6.5 for soil. We recommend the use of a pH meter such as the Horticare pH meter to help accurately set the pH to the required level.
When growing in soil it is recommended that you allow the soil to get a little dry in-between waterings (not bone-dry). When watering in soil try to achieve 10-20% run-off each time to help flush out toxins which can naturally build up.
As with all nutrients, boosters and additives, never mix them together in their concentrated form (i.e. straight out of the bottle). Always add each nutrient, booster or additive to your reservoir or feed water in turn, giving the solution a good stir to mix it in before adding the next one.
