High-powered fan kits with multiple speed settings - at affordable prices!

If you're looking for a fan and filter kit that will get the job done for a reasonable price, then you've just found it. Your extraction system is one of the most important pieces of equipment in your grow room, so it pays to get it right. Other budget systems out there can come in at even lower price points, but be aware that they generally feature unreliable fans, and filters that can't be depended on to remove smells... Choose one of these kits and you'll get a quality system without breaking the bank.

  • Buy any duct fan or extraction kit and get £40 off the G.A.S Enviro Controller!
  • Excellent cost-effective extraction system
  • Two speed settings for extra control of your environment
  • Supplied with a quality Rhino Hobby Filter (no cheap knock-offs to let you down!)
  • Available with a choice of aluminium or combi ducting
  • Replenishes vital CO2 in your grow area, maintaining photosynthesis rates (for bigger plants!)
  • Helps to maintain optimal environmental conditions

1 x Ram Mixed Flow Fan (choose between 4-inch, 5-inch, 6-inch or 8-inch)

1 x Rhino Hobby (sized to match your choice of fan)

Please note: the colour of your RAM fan may be slightly different to the one shown in the main image

How RAM Mixed Flow Fan Kits Work:

Your extraction system removes hot, stale air and moisture from your grow room and redistributes it to an outside area. While doing so, your extractor fan sucks this air through a carbon filter, which removes any unwanted odours. The whole process helps to maintain a healthy indoor garden. CO2 is required by plants to perform photosynthesis - removing depleted air draws fresh, CO2 rich air back into the grow room, keeping your plants growing sweetly. Your extraction system will also reduce humidity levels and help to maintain optimal temperatures. This will help to ensure that rot and mildew never become a problem, and help you to stay in the sweet spot of around 25° C.

These kits are supplied with either a 4-inch, 5-inch or 6-inch RAM Fan and Rhino Hobby Filter, a choice of aluminium or combi ducting, and 3 duct clips for connecting everything together.

RAM Mixed Flow Fan

This fan has an exceptional build quality for its price point, with powerful motors that shift a lot of air for their size. They also feature two speed settings, giving you extra control over your environment if, for instance, grow room temps are too high.

Airflow Rates for Each Fan Size

4-Inch: 165 / 200 m3/hr
5-Inch: 248 / 284 m3/hr
6-Inch: 397 / 516 m3/hr
8-Inch: 690 / 840 m3/hr

Rhino Hobby Filter

Rhino Pros are known as the industry's go-to carbon filter. They're tried and tested products that do exactly what they're supposed to, killing smells stone dead. The Rhino Hobby is the Rhino Pro's baby brother - designed to do the same job, but at a lower pricepoint. In terms of performance, nothing is really sacrificed, but it should be noted that the Hobby Filters last for 9-12 months, compared to the 2 year lifespan of their bigger brothers.

Ducting

Choose between aluminium or combi ducting. Aluminium ducting is great if you're on a budget, but we always recommend upgrading to combi ducting, which is stronger and more tear resistant.

How to use this Kit:

The fan is connected to the filter using a length of ducting. Cut off a small piece of your ducting (you'll need some wire cutters to cut the wire) and, using two of the supplied duct clips, attach one end to your filter and the other end to the inlet of your fan, so that you are drawing air through the filter. You can attach the rest of your ducting to the outlet of your fan with the remaining duct clip. Hang the system at the top of your grow area and make sure that ducting leads to an outside point. Try not to include any sharp bends in the layout of your ducting or you will reduce the effectiveness of your system.
