We want you to order with confidence knowing there won’t be any delays or unexpected hiccups along the way, which is why we’ve bought in our new fulfilment promise for all WEB ORDERS.

Our fulfilment promise ensures you that when you’re ordering from us, you’re not having to wait for your goods if they’re unavailable.


Instead, we'll upgrade you where possible to an alternative product of equal or greater value than the one you’ve purchased, making sure you’re not waiting around and have everything you need when your order arrives.

Don’t worry if you’d prefer to wait for the original items, as we’ll get in contact with you before we do this to make sure you’re happy with the replacement.

If we can’t get in touch, we’ll send your items out without a replacement and the original product you’ve ordered will be dispatched from us as soon as it’s back available.

This process will ensure that you know you can order from us with complete confidence that you can get your order, in full, first time round.


T&C's

  • You will be contacted within 24 hours of us being made aware that your items are on backorder. Please keep an eye on your emails and check your spam folder.

  • The 24 hour contact will be within office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm.

  • We’ll offer you the most suitable alternative product should your item be out of stock at the time of purchase.

  • We will contact you prior to any substitutes being shipped.

  • The replacement product will be equal or greater value than the product you originally ordered.

  • If you're made aware that product is currently out of stock at the time of purchase, you won't be eligible for an upgrade.

  • We will hold your goods for 24 hours while we wait for your response regarding an item swap.

  • Once you’ve confirmed the substitute, we cannot make anymore changes to your order as this will then go down to our packing team, ready to be dispatched.

  • Once your replacement has been agreed on, we won’t be held liable for any damages caused due to any conflictions in equipment not specified by yourself at the point of contact – if you want to make sure it works with the rest of your setup, please ask us before we agree on a replacement.

  • If you’d like a refund and it involves one of the items we’ve substituted, you’ll be eligible for the value of the original item you ordered.

  • If there's no suitable alternative, you'll be given an ETA on the product you were waiting for orginally.

  • Upgrades only apply to individual / standalone items as we can't upgrade kits.

  • The rest of our website’s terms and conditions still apply.
