2020 has been a weird one to say the least; from the entire content team working in the packing department for 2 months to the Director of the company travelling to and from Cannock every night to make sure we had enough stock to send to you, it’s been eventful!
We’ve overcome a lot of challenges during the year, and thanks to your support, patience and feedback, we’ve been able to grow, up-scale and adapt to your demand.
We’ve added new internal structures to our teams to ensure smoother running of departments, more picking and packing staff to get your goods to you faster, and new fulfilment promises to give you confidence when buying from us.
There’s a lot of very, very exciting stuff happening behind the scenes at One Stop. We can’t share with you exactly what, but we know you’ll all love it, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
Our plans for 2021 are huge, and we want to keep improving our customer service, product range, media department and much more to give you everything you need to grow.
From the highest quality videos to the best product descriptions, we want to make our website the home of all things hydro, giving you the tools and education you need to grow.
We’re also looking at new ways to improve your user journey when shopping with us online, so we’ve recently taken on Trustpilot to allow us to see key areas which we can enhance your experience
