Mail Order Purchasing

We have designed our mail order web site with simplicity in mind.

Browse our on-line catalogue. If you wish to make a purchase just add items to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping just proceed to the checkout and follow the on screen instructions. Ensure that you complete all the boxes. Leave as many details as you can as this will make the process easier for us to contact you if necessary.

We accept all types of Credit Card, and only take payment for items that are ready to be dispatched. From time to time we may not be able to satisfy your entire order and we will place out of stock products onto back order. If you have provided us with adequate contact details we will keep you up to date at all times.

Delivery

Items are always packed in discreet packaging and are sent using a trusted courier service, as standard. Items are sent to your door. It is also possible to have the items held at a collection centre for you to collect. You will need to let us know if this service is required so that we can make the necessary arrangements and specify a collection centre as close to your home as possible.

Delivery Schedule

Items are dispatched immediately. Delivery to your address normally happens within 2 working days (currently 94% of the time). If there are any stock issues we will keep you up to date at all times and will not take payment until the items are ready to dispatch.

Delivery Address

At the moment if paying by credit card we will only dispatch items to the address of the credit card holder. This policy is to help prevent credit card fraud and theft. Customers who pay by cheque, cash, or pay directly into our bank account can nominate any delivery address.

Back Orders

If an item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place it onto back order for you and keep you up to date. You will have the option to cancel back orders at any time if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders placed from within the UK and EU will be subject to VAT at 17.5%. The prices displayed on this website include VAT at 17.5%.
